Collision Technician Program
Our collision repair program follows a specialized training path designed to recruit, develop, and retain future collision technicians.
Start
Start working at a Bergstrom Collision Center while attending school.
Benefits Include:
• Starting wages from $18/hour
• $2,500 class attendance bonus each semester
• WATDA scholarship covering 50% of tuition
Grow
Technicians are rewarded as they build their skills.
• $100 for I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications
• $100 for welding or painting skill assessments
• $4,000 graduation bonus
Earn
Students can earn referral rewards for bringing classmates to the program.
• $250 when a referred classmate completes 90 days
• $250 when they complete one year
