Bergstrom Automotive recognized as one of the Best Dealership Groups to Work for in the U.S.
Neenah, WI (October 17, 2024) — Automotive News announced that Bergstrom Automotive has been named one of the top dealership groups to work for in the United States. Bergstrom Automotive was recognized with sixteen dealerships in the “Top 150 Dealerships to Work for” in 2024.
Automotive News is the respected leading publication of the automotive industry in North America. Bergstrom Automotive was recognized out of 17,000 automotive dealerships in the country. This is the twelfth consecutive year Bergstrom Automotive was recognized among the top dealerships to work for in the U.S.
Automotive News, working in conjunction with Workforce Research Group, an independent third party, conducted an in-depth evaluation of the dealership's total operations from the perspective of those who work there. It identified dealerships that are excelling in employee engagement, workplace satisfaction and talent retention.
